“We are asking the community to help us make this an evening to remember by providing your generous support, good fellowship and an appreciative audience for all of our students in celebration of their accomplishments!” reads the press release.

PCM has been providing music education as a non-profit organization since 1998 and has been selected by Boston‘s Berklee College of Music to be an affiliate member of its music network. There are only 45 Berklee City music network sites in the country and Phoenix Conservatory of Music is the only one operating out of Arizona.

As part of its collaboration with the college, PCM is able to offer inner-city and under-served students numerous learning opportunities, including scholarships to attend Berklee’s five-week summer program, theory classes, music lessons, electives and more.

The benefit concert will start with a reception at 4:30 P.M. with light appetizers and a silent auction. The music performances and scholarship presentation will follow at 5:30 P.M.. Students will be presented with full-ride scholarships to the Berklee summer music program.
