The Sea and Cake recently released videos for “Harps” and “On and On,” the two tracks that open the band’s tenth studio album Runner, released in September. The “Harps” music video, directed by Jay Buim, is as effortlessly cool as the song itself and features two friends rollerskating, hanging out on the beach, playing pinball, shooting hoops, picnicking and recording music…to be buried into the earth.

Nowness is currently hosting the  video for “On and On,” which showcases the beautiful stop-motion animation of Japanese artist Naomi Nagata. It’s always a treat when musicians fuse their music with visuals. For this particular video, TSC gave Nagata artistic freedom to direct.

The band is currently on tour throughout North America. It will make a stop at Tucson‘s Club Congress on Monday, Nov. 12. Tickets are still available on Ticketfly.
